Vu is a CPA, before being Managing
Partner of AC&C, Vu has over 16 years working experiences including 2 years
working as Vietnam Chief Financial Officer of Cognita Education Group, a group in UK and being a
subsidiary of US Private Equity Fund – KKR. At this role, Vu has been assigned to manage
finance and accounting team of International School Ho Chi Minh City ("ISHCMC")
and International School Saigon Pearl (ISSP) and Merger & Acquisition
(M&A) deal in Vietnam. Before that, Vu had 13 years working as Assurance and Advisory
Manager of Grant Thornton Vietnam, Grant
Thornton Cambodia and Grant Thornton Bahamas and Baker Tilly Vietnam;
Vu has broad experiences in accounting
(Vietnam GAAP, US GAAP and IFRS), auditing, finance and tax advisory on project
appraisal, debt finance, equity funding, business restructuring, corporate
governance, M&A and tax planning… ;
Vu has been involved in a significant
number of advisory assignments, business risk management, M&A for
multinational and local companies in various industries such as Real Estate,
Hospitality, F&B, Retails, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Retails in
Vietnam, Cambodia, Europe and Caribbean Island (Bahamas, Cayman and British
Virgin Island);

as Vinacapital Funds, Park Hyatt, Bel Vietnam, Megalife Science, Thanh Cong Securities,

Nguyen is a CPA, before being Business Advisory Partner of
AC&C, Nguyen was the Chief Financial Officer of Nedcoffee Vietnam Co Ltd, a
trading and manufacturing coffee bean belongs to a multinational group located
in the Netherlands for nearly 5 years. At this role,
Nguyen has managed all daily in-house activities of the Company as well as
involved all yearly strategy planning of the Group. Concurrently, he also kept
the Chief Representative of Nedcoffee BV Representative
Office in Vietnam for 02 years. Before that,
Nguyen had 10 years working experiences
as Assurance and Advisory Senior Manager of Nexia ACPA Vietnam (now is Grant Thornton Vietnam) and Baker Tilly Vietnam;
Nguyen has broad experiences in accounting (Vietnam GAAP and
IFRS), auditing, finance and tax advisory on project appraisal, debt finance,
equity funding, business restructuring, corporate governance, M&A and tax
planning, treasury, risk management, budgeting as well as a strongly experience
in general management;
